Oslo, 4 September 2025. ÆRA is proud to announce the the closing of its first Nordic credit transaction—partnering with Värde Partners on a €150m (SEK 1.7bn) refinancing in Greater Stockholm.

• The deal supports listed residential developer Titania with a senior secured whole loan on a three-asset, 680-unit portfolio of income-producing homes.

• This recapitalisation helps unlock capital for Titania’s broader development pipeline, and reflects the growing appetite for private credit solutions in today’s market.
