Terje is an a senior investment banker and real estate investor. He has extensive experience originating and executing real estate loans with a focus on Nordic borrowers.

Most recently, he established the debt advisory business at Pangea/Colliers and before that spent two decades as head of the debt capital teams at SEB, ABG and DNB in Norway.
